Mullein powder has a historical use as a herbal medicine for the respiratory system, especially to support inflamed mucous membranes and the lungs. Herbalists refer to mullein as a “demulcent” herb as it’s reported to be soothing whilst being anti-inflammatory.

Directions: add 1tsp into water or juice. You may also like make a tea, steeping the powder in moderately hot water for 5mins. (consume when temperature is safe).
